World Book Day Winners!

Here are the Year 7 students who won the book badge competition on World Book Day last week. Each of these students collected the most book titles from the badges of book covers worn by staff.  Well done to you all!

World Book Day!

We are having a great World Book Day at Newport High!
Year 7 are collecting book titles from badges worn by staff for our competition and Year 8 have been doing a Readathon for House points. Older students have been nominating their favourite books for the 'Newport High Great Reads' list and World Book Day tokens will be given out later - exchange your token for a free World Book Day book in W H Smiths!
